Nanorestore® in practice: Nanorestore® Cleaning Master Class, Potsdam 2025
3 - 5 March 2025 | Fachhochschule Potsdam
There are almost countless ways to clean the surfaces of works of art and cultural artefacts. Our upcoming Nanorestore® Cleaning Master Class in Potsdam offers you the ideal opportunity to familiarise yourself with the handling of the entire Nanorestore® Cleaning product range by means of theoretical and practical exercises on dummies and mock-ups.
The co-operation event of the VDR LG Berlin-Brandenburg with the FH Potsdam and D&J is dedicated to the basics as well as the practical application of Nanorestore® Cleaning products.
In a three-day master class, two groups of 20 people each will try out the handling of the entire Nanorestore® Cleaning product range. Participants will be able to use Nanorestore® hydrogels and microemulsions on various surfaces such as canvas, wood, paint, metals, plaster or paper and test different cleaning methods using compresses with Evolon CR® and Japanese paper.
Participants are welcome to bring samples and dummies from their working environment for testing. The Master Class is aimed at conservators and students from all disciplines.
