Pure, black China bristle, birch wood handle, stainless ferrule.
Excellent for varnishing and working with linseed oil paint.
Gnesta Penseln AB – a small Swedish brush manufacturer produces exceptional bristle brushes.
We became aware of this manufacturer in connection with the Ottosson linseed oil paints. The Gnesta brushes are the best we have been able to find so far, especially for working with these highly pigmented linseed oil paints: Selected, strong, dense Chinese bristles, robust ferrules and pleasantly shaped handles. You can feel this every time you pick up one of these brushes.
Carefully cleaned with linseed oil soap, these brushes will give you great pleasure for a very long time – coat after coat.
