RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Please note that only consumers* have a right of withdrawal As a consumer in terms of the law (Section 13 German Civil Code [BGB]), i.e. as a natural person, who enters into a legal transaction that is not attributable to a commercial or independent professional activity - employees of public institutions, foundations, universities etc. are not natural persons and as such are not considered to be consumers in terms of the law - you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within a period of fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date you or a third party designated by you, that is not the carrier, has taken the goods in possession. If you have ordered goods that is delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date you or a third party designated by you, that is not the carrier, has or have taken physical possession of the last lot or piece. If you have ordered goods for regular delivery during defined period of time, the withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date you or a third party designated by you, that is not the carrier, has or have taken physical possession of the first good.

of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for their production an individual selection or instruction by you is decisive and in the case of goods that are clearly customized to your individual needs.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are obliged to send back the goods or hand them over to Deffner & Johann GmbH, Mühläcker Straße 13, D-97520 Röthlein, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the case goods are returned that cannot be sent as a package, the maximum costs for returning the goods are estimated to be the amount indicated as shipping costs for the delivery of the goods to the consumer.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
