Repairs

In case an item needs to be repaired, please contact us before you return the product to us!
We then coordinate the best way to resolve the problem.
Please keep the following information at hand when contacting us or include it with your e-mail:

  • Lieferschein/Delivery note or Rechnungsnummer/Invoice
  • Bestelldatum/Date of order
  • Ansprechpartner/Contact Produktbezeichnung und -nummer /Product name and code
  • Fehlerbeschreibung/Description of defect or issue

We will then verify if the item can be repaired under warranty, otherwise we can check with repair the costs and ask for your approval to proceed.
