We maintain a continuous dialogue with you, our customers, and with traditional brush makers in the regional and global supply market. To ensure that the brushes we provide are truly first-class, we verify that our partners throughout the world purchase highly elastic materials from the best suppliers. Deffner & Johann has selected pre-tested Intercept® products whose characteristics are particularly relevant and beneficial for handling art. Intercept® laminate is, for example, impermeable to air and water vapor and offers advantages in climatic storage and transport of objects. Cost-effective, favorable microclimatic storage conditions can thus be produced and kept stable. Intercept® neutral combines corrosion protection with odor neutralization by activated carbon. Thus, odors of objects, e. g. in textile or zoological collections in the packaging. Intercept® Displayfoam protects easily and effectively against corrosion in showcases and packaging. All Intercept® products also prevent germination and mold formation. Insects and pests also avoid contact with Intercept due to the copper content.
