Colourless, pigment-free, synthetic resin NC-based anti-corrosion lacquer for particularly high-quality, high-gloss protective coatings on metal surfaces (excellent adhesion even on non-ferrous metals).

Pre-treatment:
A grease, oil and dust-free, bare metal surface is required to create a durable protective film.
Application by brushing, spraying or dipping under the following conditions:
- Brushing: the product is ready for brushing.
- Spraying: prepare for spraying with "Thinner for Pantarol®" No. 101 in a ratio of 2 parts paint and 1 part thinner. Recommended spraying viscosity: 14 - 15 sec/4 mm DIN (20 °C); favourable spraying method at approx. 3 - 4 bar pressure with 1 mm nozzle.
- Dipping: if necessary, adjust the product with "Thinner for Pantarol® " No. 101 to an immersion viscosity of 18 - 22 sec/4 mm DIN (20 °C).
Drying:
- Air-drying: at 15 - 25 °C dust-dry after a few minutes; hand-dry after approx. 30 minutes; completely dry after approx. 2 hours; depending on layer thickness, ready for packaging after approx. 24 hours.
- Oven drying: flash-off approx. 10 minutes, curing temperature approx. 80 - 100 °C (130 °C must not be exceeded!), curing time approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
Clean tools immediately after use with "Thinner for Pantarol® " No. 101.
Yield: If the application recommendations are followed, approx. 6 - 8 m² treatment area per litre.
