USV 810 Aerosol Generator (formerly RECOLO 1000)
Aerosolgenerator for finest spraying of consolidation agents.
Suitable for the consolidation of powdery paint layers, contact-free fixing of pigments, removal of water-soluble adhesives and stains as well as gentle moistening using aerosols and similar processes.
Optionally mountable on a five-legged base with a total height of 130 cm.

The USV 810 nebulises smallest aerosol particles of 0.5 - 6 µm. The filling capacity of the nebuliser chamber amounts to max. 600 ml; alternatively, small quantities of 5 - 15 ml can be nebulised from a conical cup. The heatable aerosol hose incorporates a spiral heating wire that heats the aerosols to a maximum of 43 °C.
