Special properties:
Optimum
penetration behaviour, even without pre-wetting the substrate; easy
subsequent cleaning of leaked material; chemical-mechanical
compatibility with lime and pozzolan. No efflorescence even in very
humid environments.
Composition:
The composition consists of
special hydraulic binders (C30) that are chemically stable and have an
extremely low content of soluble salts, the purest, granulometrically
finest quartz, the finest pozzolan and a special composition of
liquefying, retaining and aerating additives.
The special composition, prepared in dispersion 1/10,000 for a period of
less than 20 minutes, gives a white homogeneous ready mix. The mortar
can be supplemented with microfibres to improve the mechanical
properties in special applications.
Fields of application:
LEDAN® D2 is an extremely versatile product. It is particularly suitable for
structural reinforcements where increased strength values are to be
achieved. In particular, it is used for the consolidation of brick
vaults, the consolidation of columns made of mixed stone, the
consolidation of archaeological masonry and structures, and the
consolidation of frescoed masonry structures.
