LEDAN® D3 Injection Mortar, 1 kg
Ready-mixed mortar for the structural consolidation of substrates that tend to be dry.
Special Properties:
Injection mortar for strengthening dry,
above-ground masonry structures without frescoes or mosaics. The
material has good strength values similar to those of the substrate on
which it is used. It also has excellent vapour permeability as well as
increased volumetric stability. LEDAN® D3 can be injected without water
pre-wetting of the substrate.
Composition:
The composition
consists of special hydraulic Portland binders with a high resistance to
sulphates, which are chemically stable and have a low content of
soluble salts, water and air limes, pozzolan and a special composition
of hyper-liquefying additives and substances for improved injectability.
The special composition, prepared in dispersion 1/10,000 for a period
not less than 20 minutes, gives a grey homogeneous finished mixture.
Fields of Application: Filling of voids, structural consolidation, sealing of cracks. For the production of injection mortars with individually adjusted chemical-physical properties through the addition of particularly finely ground inert aggregates. Strengthening of large masonry volumes with cost limitation.
