Injection mortar for structural consolidation. Thixotropic, for filling deep cracks and micro-cracks between 15 and 44 mm in structural systems.

Composition of Formulation:
It is made up of special hydraulic binders (C30),
chemically stable and with very low soluble salt
contents, pozzolana, calcareous and siliceous
inerts and a special combination of fluidifying,
retentive and airing additives. The special
formulation, produced in 1/10,000 planetary
dispersion for a time not under 20 minutes, forms
a homogenous pre-mix of white colour.

Preparation Instructions:
LEDAN TA3 N is a premix which only requires the addition of water. Stir vigorously with water for approx. 3
minutes. LEDAN TA3 N should be injected into the cracks within 10 minutes after mixing with water.

Wet the surface several times only if possible.

Before closing the crack, remove salt efflorescence and consolidate the crack flanks. For crack closure use the

3. Add water to LEDAN TA3 N, mix vigorously with an electric mixer at slow speed for
for 6 - 8 minutes.

Stir the mixture constantly until injection.
5.
Inject the product without interruption into the crack from bottom to top.
Cannulas with a diameter of 10 mm or more are suitable for injection.
