Replacement filter for use in cases of high levels of hazardous and carcinogenic particulate dusts as well as oil and water vapors, mould and fungal spores. With bayonet click connection for direct attachment to masks of the series 6000 and 7000. Cannot be used in combination with gas filters.

P3 for protection from high levels of hazardous and carcinogenic particulate dusts as well as oil and water vapors. To be used when sanding hardwood and rust protection containing chrome, for zinc, lead and stainless steel, processing glass and mineral fibres and removing mould.

- tested and approved according to European standards - CE marking 0086 (EN 143:2000 P3 R)

So-called "coarse dust masks" do not protect you! Nevertheless, these masks are still widely used because they are cheap and the breathing resistance is pleasantly low. This face mask (the conventional name for the so-called "coarse dust masks") is not approved as respiratory protection. It neither offers protection from fine dusts and paint spray mist nor against released solvents and vapors.
